Dolittle (January 17th)

Directed by Stephen Gaghan, this family classic is getting a twist. We all know and love the Eddie Murphy adaptation but it looks like Robert Downey Jr. is filling the role. With the fate of Iron Man sealed, this new venture seems a stretch.

Luckily, he will be joined by fellow Avenger Tom Holland voicing an animal. Based on the second book by Hugh Lofting, Dolittle will have Marion Cotillard, Selena Gomez, John Cena, Emma Thompson, and more voicing the famed menagerie.

Birds of Prey: And the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn (February 7th)

After splitting with the Joker, Harley Quinn joins superheroes Black Canary, Huntress and Renee Montoya to save a young girl from an evil crime lord. Directed by Cathy Yan, Margot Robbie makes her return as the iconic Harleen Quinzel. This will be her second appearance as Harley Quinn since Suicide Squad

Margot will be joined by Jurnee Smollett-Ball and Mary Elizabeth Winstead; Ewan McGregor has been cast as the Black Mask.

Onward (March 6th)

Starring Tom Holland, Chris Pratt, Octavia Spencer, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Onward is a fantasy adventure in a contemporary world where two elf brothers try to discover if there is any magic to be found. We hope this family-friendly film will put a smile on the little one’s faces in the new year.

The New Mutants (April 3rd)

Based on the comic book of the same name, The New Mutants follows a new generation of mutants who discover their abilities while locked in a secret facility. With this being the final Marvel film under the Fox banner, fans are eager to see what’s in store.

Directed by Josh Boone and starring Anya Taylor-Joy, Maisie Williams, Charlie Heaton, and Alice Braga

Black Widow (May 1st)

We’re finally getting the Marvel prequel following Black Widow’s origin story, but no details have yet been released.

With the plot still under wraps, fans will only find out more nearer the release. However, we know it’s set during the 80s Cold War era.
